The Dashboard

Click the above link to go to the dashboard and login with the information sent in the separate email you received from Sharefile. I will send the Sharefile email after I send this email.

You will have 5 tabs on the Home page.

– Home: Takes you back to the welcome page.

– Patient Inquiry:

  • – Lets you look up patients account details.
  • – Search for your patient and click Detail when you find the patient.
  • – You will have patient demographics, account balance information, insurance, tickets and notes.
  • – For the tickets at the bottom, you will see the open tickets by default. There will be a ‘show closed’ link you can click to view closed trips.
  • – You can leave a Note by clicking the ‘Add Note’ near the top right or bottom left.
  • – You will need to email us if you make a note because currently the software does not notify us.

– Ticket Inquiry:

  •  – Lets you look up specific tickets or runs.
  •  – Search for your ticket and click Detail when you find the ticket.
  • – You will have ticket specifics, account balance information, charges, insurance, AR, documents and notes. – For the tickets at the bottom, you will see the open tickets by default. There will be a ‘show closed’ link you can click to view closed tickets.
  •  – Under documents, you may see an ‘Acryness Invoice’. This is the patient statement. You can see the dates they were sent out.
  •  – You can leave a Note by clicking the ‘Add Note’ near the top right or bottom left.
  •  – You will need to email us if you make a note because currently the software does not notify us.

– Reports:

  •  – All of your reports are located here.
  •  – Some reports have parameters that you will need to enter like Date of Service.

– Files: Not currently used.
